Full Charge Bookkeeper
Pay: Starting at $40,000-$60,000

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our clients financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes.
+ This role is situated at our Broken Arrow office
+ Manage the full cycle of accounting processes, from data entry to financial statement preparation
+ Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems
+ Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
+ Ensure all books are current and accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis
+ Attention to detail (due diligence is a huge part of Bookkeeping)
+ The ability to meet deadlines
+ Thrive under pressure in a sometimes fast-paced work setting
+ Customer service skills
+ The ability to learn, understand and communicate client data and reporting
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years' experience in bookkeeping
+ Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
+ 2+ years experience in Quickbooks Online
+ Excellent organizational, oral, written, and communication skills required; must be a self-motivated individual with good time management skills
+ Detail oriented; must have the ability to prioritize work, analyze information, identify discrepancies and meet deadlines
+ Professional demeanor and people skills
